Do you specialize in conferences or smaller events?
We specialize in all size events, from one day with to multi-day events with breakout rooms.
What areas do you serve?
Sacramento, Reno, Lake Tahoe, Napa Valley, Sonoma, Wine Country, San Fransisco and the surrounding areas. We will travel further, just ask us!
Can you handle multi-day events with multiple breakout rooms?
Multi day events are our specialty! We love to get creative with you and your needs and offer the perfect event with breakouts, multiple rooms and more.
Do you provide onsite technicians during the event?
Our technicians are always there to assist, we ensure that at any point we can troubleshoot and handle last minute changes or issues.
How much do AV services cost for a conference?
Each client is different, each event is different, we will send you a quote that fits your budget and needs. We are happy to quote based on another company or previous event as well.
Are you more affordable than in-house AV providers?
Because we have all of our own top of the line equipment and are privately owned and operated, we are able to regularly come in significantly lower than other companies.
Can I send you another AV quote for comparison?
We would love to quote you based on another quote to see if we can match your needs at a lower cost with better equipment.
Do you provide livestreaming or hybrid event support?
We provide live-streaming and hybrid event support, we are very versatile in this arena.

Story
Professional AV Productions (PAVP) was born out of a deep respect for the power of well-executed, meaningful events and the understanding that behind every unforgettable moment is a team that truly cares.
Our story began in 2010, when our Founder and CEO, René Ringnalda, served as the Audio Visual Director for world-renowned bestselling authors. In this role, René oversaw and executed hundreds of 3—6 day-long retreats and conferences attended by thousands of participants from around the world. These events required complicated AV setups and many breakout room sessions.
